Provisional Booking: This can be made by phone or by email and this reservation will be held for 6 days until receipt of the deposit and completed booking form.
Deposit: 15% if more than 6 months in advance. 25% if less than 6 months in advance. 100% if less than 2 months in advance. Deposits are not refundable. Balance: To be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Damage deposit of 200 euros: This amount will be collected upon arrival in case of damage, breakage or extra.
Holiday Insurance: It is advisable to take out holiday insurance, as soon as you have booked any holiday, so that you are covered for refunds in the event of cancellation due to illness/accident etc. within your family.
Payments: Deposits and balance for rental accommodations can be paid by bank transfer to our UK Sterling Account, or by credit card in euros by telephone.
Local Tourist Tax: 30 centimes per adult per night is payable at the end of your holiday.
Arrival and Departure: Please do not arrive before 4.00pm on your arrival day and please leave before 10.30am on your departure day, so that the management team have time to prepare the house for the next guests.
House Rules and Helpful hints: There is a folder in the house with full instructions on all appliances in the house and some useful hints on a smooth stay at the Domaine.
Swimming Pool: Open from May to the end of September. Use of the pool and Jacuzzi is entirely at the Client's own risk. This swimming pool is for use of residents only. Parents must ensure that their children respect the rules of hygiene, security and peaceful enjoyment. Pool hours: 9.00 to 10pm. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Jacuzzi: For health and safety reasons - no children under the age of 12 years are permitted to use the Jacuzzi.
Smoking is not permitted inside any of the buildings in the Domaine. Please respect this condition for the benefit of all guests. Unfortunately Pets are not accepted at the Domaine.
Noise: Please respect other guests and keep noise down to a sensible level, this includes excited children!
Security: Please shut all windows and lock your door when you are out for the day. Parking: Next to the Domaine on private land. Please do not leave valuable items in your car and keep cars locked. Cars are parked at the clients own risk.
